Stampin’ Up! Peekaboo Peach, Basic Black, Layering Love Stamp Set and Peekaboo Peach Ruched Ribbon.

Tomorrows the big day!  First ordering day from the new Stampin’ Up! 2016-2017 Catalog.  And are there some stunning things in that catalogue.  My little sticky notes are on every page!  Can’t wait!

I am in the process of  setting  everything up so that I can sell Stampin’ Up! Products through my Stampin’ Up! website.  Hopefully I will be ready by June 1.  This past week I have worked three extra days and it has thrown my whole schedule out of sync.  (Not to mention my energy level)…. Thank you for visiting my blog today!

Here is a card that I used some of the new colors, stamp set and ribbons on.  I love how it turned out even if it does look kind of “Halloweeny”.   Hum with a different sentiment I believe it could be  The colors are right for it.

The card base is Peekaboo Peach, accented by Basic Black and the DSP is from the Playful Palette Card Stack.  The sentiment is from the Layering Love Stamp Set which I heat embossed using Black Ink and Clear Embossing powder.  Rather eye catching.  Using the Peekaboo Peach Ruched Ribbon (which I love working with by the way), I glued a piece across the upper left corner and then using a very short piece tied one knot in the middle of it.  The sentiment is stamped on Very Vanilla Card Stock.

The inside is a copy of the outside with Basic Black layer with Very Vanilla and one strip of the Black Decorative Washi Tape from the Playful Palette Designer Washi Tape set.

**The framelit that I used is now retired but looking in the new catalog I see that the Lots of Labels Framelit set would do just as well if not better.
