Where has January gone? This last day of January and Valentines’ Day is just two weeks away! The next few posts will all be dedicated to Valentines Day. Years before I began using Stampin’ Up! products I sent out Valentines to all my grands. My oldest grand is 32! Usually I would put a $5 bill inside just for a little something. I would always be on the lookout for Doilies and remember one year I cut up Paper lace placemats to make my cards. Now that I am a Stampin’ Up! demo I have a whole lot more products at my fingertips. So that said, here is today’s Valentine Card. Hope you like it.
The card Base is Whisper White Card Stock with Real Red Card Stock embossed with the Happy Heart Textured Impressions Folder. Using the scalloped Square from the Layered Squares Framelits die cut using Whisper White Card Stock and the next smaller die using the Sending Love Designer Series Paper Stack. I used the heart die from the MiniTreats Thinlits Dies to cut the hearts out. The red patterned heart is from the Sending Love Designer Series Paper Stack. The White ‘love’ heart was stamped in Real Red Ink on Whisper White Card Stock using the heart ‘love’ stamp from You’re So Sweet Stamp Set. All layers were adhered using SNAIL Adhesive.
Whisper White Ribbon Bow is from the Sending Love Ribbon Combo in the Occasions Catalog and adhered with a Glue Dot.
The sentiment is from the Bloomin’ Love Stamp Set stamped in Real Red on Whisper White Card Stock the banner was first stamped in Real Red on Whisper White using the Number of Years Stamp Set and punched out using the Duet Banner Punch. The banner was adhered using Stampin’ Dimensionals. The Real Red Embellishments are Enamel Shapes from the Brights set.
The inside was finished by layering Whisper White on the back. The flowers are from the Love and Affection Stamp Set. The Sentiment is stamped in Real Red from the Bloomin’ Love Stamp Set.
Here are the products that I used in this product.
